VIDHYA CYLINDERS PVT. LTD.

Established in 1997 Vidhya Cylinders Pvt. Ltd. (VCPL) today is an ISO 9001 : 2008 company and one of the prominent cylinder manufacturers in India, having an annual production capacity of around 500 thousand cylinders with manufacturing unit located at Mandideep, near Bhopal (India).

VCPL is one of the major cylinder suppliers to the leading public sector LPG marketing companies in India like Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and have so far supplied over one million LPG cylinders to these marketing companies. It also produces 5 kg cylinders for domestic & other applications. Apart from this VCPL is also engaged in the process of HOT REPAIR of cylinders for the major PSU's like IOCL, HPCL & BPCL.

The Company is engaged in repairing, reconditioning and testing of LPG cylinders. All the cylinders are repaired as per standard (BIS) norms. Each cylinder is certified for its quality and safety for usage. Hot repairing is a process carried out for LPG cylinders which are:

• 10 years from the date of original manufacturing.
• If any damages found in the cylinder.

The old damaged cylinders are collected from the Oil Companies against the Work Order given for a limited period. The LPG Valve, VP Ring, 3Stay Plates and Foot Ring of the cylinders are replaced with new during the repair process.
